Our Masters programs cover a wide range of abilities and interests, with an overall goal of promoting fitness and health.
Adult men and women can pursue rowing at the competitive level, or can simply row to learn a new sport and enjoy its numerous health benefits. Many club members find that rowing helps them achieve their fitness goals such as losing weight, gaining strength, and improving their cardiovascular system.
