Courtney Lane, Ph.D., is the mother of Mattie and Anna Rowlands, who have been members of the juniors teams since middle school and are now on the U17 team. Courtney has her own consulting company and works with medical device start-ups on device development and clinical and regulatory strategy and operations. She has served in multiple leadership roles in public corporations, medical device start-ups, and community clubs and organizations. She lives in Ventura with her husband, daughters, son, and dog, Harvey. She enjoys reading, baking, travel, and cheering on Casitas at regattas. Go Casitas!
