Donna Hemmert is an enthusiastic fan of Casitas Rowing, where she has watched her son, Grayson, transform as he moved from middle-school rowing to the U17 team. Donna worked for over two decades as a leader in the internet industry, driving marketing programs and forming strategic multi-million-dollar partnerships in high-tech companies. In 2015, Donna pivoted her career after receiving her Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at the University of Pennsylvania. Since then, she has launched Positive Voices to increase well-being through online programs. When it comes to life in general, Donna has embraced the philosophy: “The difference between adventure and adversity is attitude.” And while she sold her Harley to support motherhood, she is always on board to try new adventures. She resides in Ojai with her husband, son, and dogs.
